Rob Parsons, MScEng, PEng
Rob is co-founder and a licensed professional engineer with a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was employed in the power generation industry, in a variety of roles, for approximately seven years before founding Anemos Energy. His industry involvement offers him the breadth of experience needed to manage and run Anemos Energy. His roles have included field service engineer, supervising the maintenance, installation and commissioning of gas turbines and related equipment around the world; factory engineer, managing operations and problem-solving for the manufacture and assembly of turbine engines; and project management of various upgrades and modifications associated with in-service turbines.
Rob is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company and managing the successful development of the company’s projects.
Scott Parsons, DBM
Scott is co-founder of Anemos Energy and is a graduate of Business Management, with a focus on Marketing. He brings to the team six years of work experience in the manufacturing and aerospace industries. Scott’s primary roles included the development and management of various support services, including the technical documentation, manufacturing resource planning, and procurement. He is also a certified ISO internal auditor and has completed several industry-related certifications including quality systems management, WHMIS, confined space entry and fire protection systems.
Scott is responsible for providing local field support and supervision in the development of projects, stakeholder liaison, and for management of safety and environmental compliance during project construction.
